We’re seeking a versatile Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our applications. The ideal candidate will approach problem-solving with a strong technical mindset, attention to detail, and an eagerness to grow with the company.

- Software & Application Development
- Design and develop full-stack software applications
- Build and maintain front-end interfaces, back-end services, APIs, and database integrations
- Develop scalable solutions that improve business operations, workflows, and automation
- Integrate third-party platforms, services, and APIs as needed
- Testing & Optimization
- Test, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance, functionality, and reliability
- Identify and resolve technical issues across the full software stack
- Maintain high standards for code quality, documentation, and maintainability
- Collaboration & Delivery
- Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices
- Communicate project progress and technical recommendations throughout development phases
- Deployment & Continuous Improvement
- Utilize Git and version control best practices
- Support deployment processes, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD workflows
- Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to ongoing improvements of systems and processes
- Required Qualifications
- Proven experience developing in full-stack software applications
- Strong proficiency with front-end and back-end technologies
- Experience working with databases, APIs, and version control systems
- Strong problem-solving and system design skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines
- Clear English communication and collaboration abilities
- Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or DevOps workflows
- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with modern frameworks, CMS platforms, or website builders
- Webflow experience is a major advantage
- Understanding of UI/UX principles
